期刊簡介▇ Shih-Huo Monthly (食貨月刊)

「食貨」分為二階段:1934年-1937年在中國上海發行之「半月刊」,及1971年-1988年在台灣復刊之「月刊」,本資料庫為在台復刊版1-159期之完整內容。
「食貨」由中國一代史學巨擘陶希聖創辦,其子陶晉生(台灣中研院院士)主編,是少數由民間經營、水準頂尖、海內外知名之學術刊物,曾被史學界譽為「一本具開創性、拓荒性、奠基性,最著名傑出的中國社會經濟史雜誌」。其成功的重要原因,在於首倡一手史料的大量搜集,強調以經世角度,從史料梳理中尋找問題與會通理論,並引介歐美社會科學的理論與方法,開風氣之先,使中國史學融入世界史學的潮流中。
「食貨」發行以來屢屢創下驚人之銷售佳績,即使在停刊多年後的今天,其紙本被搜尋率、被學術論著引用率,仍然出奇地高。「食貨月刊全文檢索資料庫」之首度問市,相信對海內外關心中國社會經濟史之漢學界,是一大佳音。

Introduction▇ Shih-Huo Monthly (食貨月刊)

Shih-Huo has two stages. Firstly, Shih-Huo Semimonthly stage, circulated during 1934-1937 in China. Secondly, Shin-Huo Monthly stage, it resumed its publication during 1971-1988 in Taiwan. Database Shih-Huo Monthly is the latter version which contains 1-159 issues completely. Established by history thumb Tao Xisheng (陶希聖), edited and managed by Tao’s son Tao Jinsheng(陶晉生), Academia SINICA’s academician, Shih-Huo was ever honored as the most celebrated, outstanding magazine of China’s social and economic history by 1949. It was also regarded as the best periodical that developed, created a completely new approach, and laid a foundation in this field then.
